1 CONTACT INFORMATION
1.1 We are data controllers in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from 27 April 2016.

2 COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1 We collect and process certain personal information about you for the purposes set out in Section 3 below.
2.2 We collect the personal information you provide us, including when you:
- sign up at one of our fitness centers at www.loopfitness.dk or by personal attendance (e.g. name, gender, address, postal code, city, date of birth, e-mail address and telephone number)
- sign up for our team training (e.g. name, email address and phone number),
- make a payment (for example, credit card information),
- Communicate with us, and
- choose to have a LOOP Check (for example, information about weight, fat percentage, metabolism and bone and muscle mass).
2.3 We have for your safety video surveillance in all LOOP fitness centers and we process your personal information in the form of your image.
3 APPLICATION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1 We use your personal information solely for the following purposes:
a. To fulfill our agreement with you, including to provide you with the service and services you have requested.
b. To provide you with customer service and communicate with you about our services, including changes to our membership terms.
c. To help us better understand how our LOOP fitness centers are used and how we can improve and develop them and our overall service.
d. To communicate with you about special offers, promotional material, events and other news about our services, including by e-mail, telephone and / or SMS, if you have agreed to such marketing.
e. To prevent, detect and investigate fraud or other illegal activity.
f. To comply with our legal obligations and to determine, exercise or defend our legal rights.
4 TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1 When you sign up for a LOOP fitness center, information about your membership will be stored in a shared database, where only the LOOP fitness centers you are training in will have access. This allows you to manage your membership across the various LOOP fitness centers you use. You can click here to see a list of all LOOP fitness centers.
4.2 In addition, we can, to the extent that it is necessary or relevant, transfer your personal information to the categories of third parties listed below:
a. Our franchisor.
b. Providers of IT systems and services.
c. Our accountant and advisors.
d. Public authorities, but only to the extent required by law or by court order, or where it is necessary to determine, exercise or defend our legal rights.
e. Potential buyers and their advisors.
f. Other third parties, if you consent to this.
4.3 You can be sure that your personal information will always be transferred in accordance with applicable data protection laws and under appropriate safeguards.
5 TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT OF EU / EEA
5.1 Some of the third parties listed in Section 4.2 may be located outside the EU / EEA.
5.2 When we transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU / EEA that do not have an adequate level of protection under data protection legislation, we will always ensure that the necessary security measures for the protection of your personal data are in place. Such a transfer of personal data will therefore only be made on the basis of: (i) EU-U.S. Privacy Shield (in the case of a US company that is certified for this purpose), (ii) Commission Standard Contract Provisions, or (iii) A Commission Decision.
5.3 For further information about the security measures taken, feel free to contact us using the contact information in section 1.
6 LEGAL BASES FOR TREATMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
a. to conclude or agree with you, including to provide you with the service and services that you have requested and to handle your payments (see Article 6 (1) (b) of the Data Protection Regulation),
b. to comply with our legal obligations under, for example, Chapter 5 of the Bookkeeping Act (see Article 6 (1) (c) of the Data Protection Regulation), and
c. pursuing our legitimate interests, including the operation and development of our business, processing your inquiries, and for preventing, detecting and investigating fraud or other illegal activities, including for the purpose of video surveillance to increase the safety of our LOOP fitness centers (cf. Article 6 (1) (f) of the Data Protection Regulation).
6.2 We will also process your personal information when you consent to this, for example, to communicate with you in relation to marketing or to collect and process your health information in connection with a LOOP Check (see Article 9 (2) (a) of the Data Protection Regulation).
7 PROTECTION AND STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
7.1 We take your security seriously and will always ensure that the necessary technical and organizational security measures are in place to protect your personal information from unauthorized or illegal processing, as well as failure, loss, change, abuse or disclosure.
7.2 The personal information we collect about you will be stored as listed below:
The type of personal data
Personal information received for the conclusion and compliance to a contract with you. Up to 3 years after your membership ends or as long as storage is required by law (for example, to comply with the requirements of the Bookkeeping Act).
Personal information received for the distribution of newsletters and other marketing material. Until your consent has been revoked or has not been used by us for 1 year.
Personal data received in connection with other correspondence such as service requests etc. Until your inquiry has been finalized and there is no reason to believe that further correspondence will be required.
Personal data collected by video surveillance of entrances and expedition areas in our LOOP fitness centers. Since the television surveillance has a crime prevention purpose, TV recordings are deleted after 30 days.
8 INSIGHT TO AND CORRECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
8.1 Under certain conditions, you have the following rights under the Data Protection Act:
a. The right to receive a copy of the personal information we have collected about you and to pass this copy to another data controller.
b. The right to delete, update or correct the personal information we have collected about you.
c. The right to limit processing of the personal information we have collected about you
d. The right to object to the processing of the personal information we have collected about you.
e. The right to revoke any consent that forms the basis for processing your personal information.
f. The right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.datatilsynet.dk).
9.1 This personal data policy will be updated on an ongoing basis. Significant changes will be notified to you via email or postings in our LOOP fitness centers.
